How close is close.... Yesterday, driving home I came out of a blinded corner face to face with someone trying to pass over double solid lines. I angled the car and slammed on my brakes as the driver of the car being passed did the same. The car that was doing the passing weaved in between our 2 cars and came out the other side. All 3 drivers pulled over and were left shaking from the whole thing. Falling asleep last night I still could not understand how we managed to not hit. Today I went to get a better look and found 2 sallow cuts through the paint.

You know you had a good weekend when the kids are still catching up on sleep come Thursday morning. We will get pictures up soon.

So, pushing aside those feelings of being old we headed off to Joe's first Christmas concert. It was great to see all the kids of the Forty Carrots school take to the stage and put on their performance, we all had so much fun.

Thanks to the teachers who put in so much effort, and thanks to all the little performers who did such a great job.
